Deadline for early registration is July 10, 2009*
All deadlines end at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
*PLEASE NOTE: The "early" registration deadline has been extended from July 6 to July 10 to accommodate conflicts resulting from the July 4 (Independence Day) holiday weekend.

Non-Student Fees

The Registration Fee is $350.00 on and before July 10, 2009.

After July 10, 2009, the Registration Fee is $400.00.

Student Fees

To qualify for the student discount, you must send a copy of your current
Student I.D. to Sharon Milton at smilton@uga.edu or fax to 706-583-8101.

The Student Registration Fee is $200.00 on and before July 10, 2009.

After July 10, 2009, the Registration Fee is $250.00.

What is included in the registration fee?

• Admission to plenary speaker talks and poster displays
• Abstract book
• Plenary session reception
• Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks
• Refreshments at poster sessions

Registration fee does NOT include

• Lodging
• Transportation
• Dinners

Special Needs:

The conference welcomes scientists with disabilities, and will offer free
registration to assistants and companions needed for note-taking and
personal cares. Please contact Melanie Baer,
